Silver Medal at Gregor International Calendar Award
I am so thrilled to be able to share some exciting news. The 2013 "Vintage Charme"
Calendar I designed for my publishers Korsch Verlag
has won a silver medal at the Gregor International Calendar Awards!
A total of 1,213 calendars from around the world were
entered in the competition,
the most important of its kind for the
print and media industry in Europe.
The panel of judges evaluated all the calendars based on a number of
key
criteria – overall impression of the calendar; functionality;
originality; concept, design, photography, typography and quality of
production.
The calendar can be purchased online from Amazon or from bookstores throughout Europe.
I have just completed a new calendar for Korsch Verlag for 2014 :)

Eugène Atget Old Paris Exhibition
Eugène Atget, French photographer, born in 1857.
Noted for his wonderful photographs documenting the architecture and street scenes of Paris.
Noted for his wonderful photographs documenting the architecture and street scenes of Paris.
This weekend we went to see an exhibition of his work, Old Paris, held at the Art Gallery NSW.
Truly inspirational...

I was delighted to see photographs from his own home, which reminded me of our own house!
I recommend a visit to the exhibition, a very special collection of photographs.
